Club Welfare Officer
To advise the club on our adherence to the key issues concerning Child Protection, we have a club welfare officer. If any junior player, or parent, feels at any time that they would like to discuss with a representative of the club any matter of concern to them please contact Stuart Birkett is our fully trained Welfare Officer.
Young 'uns vs Old 'uns
Some dodgy umpiring from one end (not yours Elliot) and some generally imprudent shot selections helped to make this a fine fixture - one for the fixture list 2011 we feel!
Twenty20, but not as we know it....
This fine body of men representing Tillside Toddlers, I mean Tomahawks, gave battle to Wooler Beriwck and Chatton, recording a fine win v Chatton butcoming second on the other two occasions...
But things did get better...
as we got to the Tait Cup Final where we were beaten by Warenford. Selection policy had been to stick with the lads who got us to the final, and they performed with great credit.
However it was not always good......
and obviously it was usually a scene of hard efforts and "going for it".... well at least the BBQ was lit!
